Blood Orange
Sunshine in every steep
This fruit infusion bursts with the bold, juicy flavor of blood orange, layered with sweet orange notes and a subtle tangy edge. When brewed, it reveals a deep crimson hue reminiscent of fresh blood orange, accented by a bright citrus aroma and a delicate floral finish. Hibiscus and rosehip enhance the tart character and add depth of color, while apple pieces create a smooth, balanced base that lets the orange truly shine. Zesty orange pieces complete the blend with refreshing citrus undertones.
Fresh and fruity, this naturally caffeine-free infusion is a treat on its own, but a touch of sugar or agave can elevate the fruit-forward flavors. Perfect for brewing into a vibrant iced tea, it also pairs beautifully with muddled mint or basil and a slice of orange for a luxurious summer drink. For a creative twist, use it as a base for smoothies or mocktails—its bright, tangy sweetness makes every sip feel like a celebration of summer.

Blend Ingredients
HOT BREWING METHOD
- Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil.
- Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot.
- Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
ICED TEA BREWING METHOD (Individual Serving)
- Place 2 slightly heaping teaspoons of herbal tea or 1 tea bag into a teapot for each serving required.
- Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 6-7oz/170-200ml per serving over the herbal tea.
- Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Add hot tea to a 12oz/375ml acrylic glass filled with ice, straining the tea or removing the bags.
- Not all of the tea will fit, allowing for approximately an additional ½ serving. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
- A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed herb & fruit tea is to increase the strength of hot tea since it will be poured over ice and diluted.
