Opened Products: Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene considerations.

How to Initiate a Return: Should you wish to return an item, kindly request a return by sending an email to support@theherbalteaco.com. Include the order number in the email subject. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the unopened item in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
