Sweet Dreams
Ease into the evening with this gentle, calming blend. Chamomile and mellow apple notes create a soft foundation, while mint, lavender, and lemon balm add a refreshing floral lift. Grounding herbs like valerian root and St. John’s Wort round out the experience, making it the perfect companion for quiet nights and cozy rituals.
Berry Bramble
Bursting with bold berry flavor, this vibrant blend is a celebration of fruit. Bilberries, blueberries, elderberries, and currants mingle with apple pieces for a rich, juicy infusion that’s just as delightful hot as it is chilled. Whether you’re curling up by the fire or crafting a festive mocktail, Berry Bramble brings a splash of summer to even the frostiest days.
Cherry Cheer
Zesty and uplifting, this fruit-forward blend is a joyful pick-me-up for winter afternoons. Tart cherry leads the way, softened by banana, apple, strawberry, and citrus. Hibiscus and rosehip add a lively snap, making Cherry Cheer a spirited treat—served hot for comfort or chilled for a playful twist on seasonal punch.

Blend Ingredients
HOT BREWING METHOD
- Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil.
- Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot.
- Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
ICED TEA BREWING METHOD (Individual Serving)
- Place 2 slightly heaping teaspoons of herbal tea or 1 tea bag into a teapot for each serving required.
- Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 6-7oz/170-200ml per serving over the herbal tea.
- Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Add hot tea to a 12oz/375ml acrylic glass filled with ice, straining the tea or removing the bags.
- Not all of the tea will fit, allowing for approximately an additional ½ serving. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
- A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed herb & fruit tea is to increase the strength of hot tea since it will be poured over ice and diluted.
