Mint Spice Refresher

Prep Time: 10 min + 30 min chilling.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed Peppermint Ember tea
  • ¼ cup sparkling water
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew Peppermint Ember tea (5–7 min steep).
  2. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in chilled tea, and top with sparkling water.
  4. Lightly bruise mint sprig and add to glass; garnish with lemon wheel.
